As a major renovation of an old family home, the client desired a modern redo of the dwelling. To achieve this the volume of living space was increased by changing the ceiling height and including dormers to increase day-lighting. The exterior was reconfigured to address entry and new ways of addressing the openings. Additionally the interior spaces were updated to portray and overall contemporary look.
