Quick Service Trinidad and Tobago required an office building and covered service yard for their Tire Shop. The site, bounded by Charles Street and Stone Street in Port of Spain, needed to contain adequate storage and parking. GSAL proposed a modest two-storey building with sufficient parking and a functional yard space, which also provided the opportunity to introduce some greenery into a predominantly hard landscaped site.
