Primarily purchased for its location the existing structure did not meet the requirements or style of the client. It did not provide the open layout and modern design that they were looking for. We were therefore commissioned to redesign the house to fit their needs. Major renovation works were undertaken utilizing the existing foundation to create a residence that would stand out from the surroundings yet be minimalist in design.
